Safety First

There’s Luxury in Peace of Mind

Setting The Standard For Safety

Safety shouldn’t be a selling point for a company, it should be a standard. At Amalfi Jets, safety runs deep. Our Founder and CEO, Kolin Jones, attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the #1 Ranked School for Aviation, and is a pilot himself.

Being able to understand the industry from a pilot’s perspective allows us to stay ahead of risks, mitigate trip-related risks, and be open, transparent, and informational with our clients.

Our Safety Standard And Required Accreditation

In order for an Operator and Aircraft to be within our trusted Amalfi Network, we require that all Operators must meet all FAA Regulations and hold third-party safety accreditation from the following safety auditing companies, ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO.

Amalfi Jets itself has also earned the Wyvern Broker badge, showing our commitment to safety.

Around The Clock Operations

Every Amalfi Jets Flight is paired with someone from our Operations Team who is directly assigned to each trip. Their role is to oversee every aspect of your flight, from the ride to the airport to the flight itself. Providing text and email updates on your flight, they’ll be the first call you receive once landing at your destination.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the safety standard for pilots?

In order to be able to fly our clients, our Safety Team verifies that the Operator, Aircraft, and Crew and within our trusted network. In addition to meeting all FAA regulations, we require that all Operators within our network hold additional third party safety accreditation from the following companies: Argus, Wyvern, and IS-BAO. These three companies are the leading business aviation safety auditing firms and perform extensive due diligence on pilot training records, aircraft maintenance logs, and Operator safety procedures. If an Operator doesn’t have this certification, they don’t fly our clients.

How does this safety standard compare to others?

As an aviation company, safety is top of mind. We take pride in the steps we take to keep our clients safe. Our Operations Team works directly with our Safety Team to ensure every trip meets all of our requirements and that all outstanding risks are addressed both internally and with the Operator. Other companies do not have the same restrictions for Operators and ensure that the aircraft they’re offering to clients has additional safety accreditation. We have recently undergone a review of our internal safety standards and have instituted the Amalfi Safety Management System which is an updated internal safety protocol, ensuring that every Amalfi employee is well versed in our operational standards to exude pure excellence and above all, safety.
